BIODANZA Y LA ALEGRÍA DE VIVIR

Biodanza es un sistema que nos ayuda a conocer y desarrollar nuestros potenciales humanos de una forma divertida, grupal y en conexión con la vida. Las sesiones nos ayudan a:

  • Recuperar la alegría de vivir.
  • Adaptarnos a los cambios y a los desafíos.
  • Mejorar las relaciones.
  • Desarrollar la autoestima.
  • Potenciar la creatividad.
  • Sentir la potencia del grupo y la afectividad indiferenciada.
  • Integración entre nuestro pensar, sentir y actuar, en armonía con el mundo y las demás personas.

UNA SESION DE BIODANZA son de ejercicios-danzas con música, propuestas de movimiento que se desarrollan en grupo a partir de lo que sugiere la música, lo que conocemos como movimiento orgánico. No son coreografías ni bailes predeterminados. 

 

 

No hace falta experiencia previa ni saber bailar, sólo llevar ropa cómoda, ganas de pasarlo bien, de experimentar y de compartir.

DANCE is a conversation between BODY and SOUL

DEVELOPMENT OF CLASSES

 

Part 1: About 30 min. Verbal exchange of experiences, expectations and experiences.

 

Part 2: About 60 min. Experiential exercises accompanied by dance and music.

  

 

Dances are not choreographed or predetermined motion but proposal of movements developed from the group, what is known as organic movement.

This workshop will help you to:

  • Improve interpersonal relations in your day to day.
  • Building self-esteem.
  • Enhance creativity.
  • Have self-control and tolerance.
  • Express your emotions and understand those of others.
  • Assess the power of the group, teamwork and solidarity.
